Welcome to your home away from home—a spacious and comfortable getaway designed for families, groups, and anyone looking to unwind in a warm, inviting setting. With four beautifully appointed bedrooms, and a bonus bed, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy their stay.

The space
Centrally located, this home is close to Eureka's parks, restaurants and local activities. It features a large deck in the back for entertaining with grill, table with 5 chairs and a concrete patio in the front.

There is plenty of on-site parking in the front or rear with a 2-car carport next to the deck.

This home is all on one level for easy access in and out. The main living area is open and spacious with an 85" TV and electric fireplace. This home has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and laundry room with desk, TV monitor and queen size Futon for extra guests. Each bedroom has its own TV, dressers and USB/C plug nightstands and lamps.

This is a smoke-free home--please do not smoke anywhere on the premises.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, ceiling fan, closet organizer shelving system, dresser, nightstands with USB/C-plug connections, touch lamp and 42" Roku TV.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed, dresser, 42" Roku TV, nightstand with USB/C-plug connections and a touch lamp.

Bedroom 3 offers a Queen size bed, dresser, 42" Roku TV, nightstand with USB/C-plug connections and a touch lamp.

Bedroom 4 has a Twin bed, 42" Roku TV, nightstand with USB/C-plug connections, bean-bag style chair and space for children to play.

Bonus Queen size Futon bed for extra sleep space.

All bedrooms have extra bedding.

Pack n' Play and highchair is available on the premises. Please let me know if this is needed and I'll set it up for you.

In‑home laundry: Full laundry facilities make longer stays easy and convenient.

Guest access
Access to the home is through a unique four-digit PIN provided on the day of check-in after your reservation is accepted. The electronic lock is located on the Ohio Street side, left door. Two keys are provided for the other exterior doors. Leave these keys on the dining room table upon check-out. There is a $20 charge for lost keys.

While we have check-in listed at 3:00pm, if you desire earlier access, please message me and if the house is ready, you may be able to check in early.

There are 4 exterior doors, 2 in front and 2 in the back. The back doors open onto the deck.

Other things to note
Cleanliness is a top priority! We clean everything between guests. The house is actively monitored for pests--we have monthly pest inspections and spraying.
