Service in restaurant lacked adequate staff and no hostess. Waitress' only smile was when she first brought the menus. Other waitresses were similarly lacking any personality or effort to engage. Only the cocktail waitress engaged customers. For non-smokers, it was a real turn-off to have to go through the casino from the lodge to access the restaurant.
