Convenient location

Had been staying for few weeks here for business and consider my first choice as the location is convenient. Besides that the steamer available in the room is useful for me too to clean my winter cloth/accessories from smell since I will be staying here for more than a week. Overall satisfied with the stay. Only downside is the lack of choices for breakfast inside the hotel.

Convenience hotel

It is in city center and surrounding by many shops, is very convenient compare other other in the area. Not so “foreign” friendly, as a bit hard to communicate with front desk except you know Korean well. Only problem is cleanliness. Another problem I face is the attitude of some (not all as they still have good one) front desk staff. I requested for invoice during check out and they blame me for not informing them one day earlier and promised to email me but until now I didn’t received yet. I don’t know why I was being blamed as all the while I get my invoice during check out day and this is the first hotel in this area ask me to request earlier.
