Advertised complimentary continental breakfast, when actually no breakfast is available at all. Room was very dirty. Gap all the way around door between frame. So much noise (arguing and thumping bass music) by tenants that appeared to be long-term. Bed springs were bulging terribly.

The air conditioner was very loud not in a good way. The shower had a lot of hair in it. There was no breakfast at all. It just seems run down and no one care to keep it up.

The hotel is outdated, the hall carpet was dirty and did not smell clean. The room had an odor of uncleanliness, I had to go to store and get Lysol and air fresheners. On the website it says continental breakfast every morning, I ask the lady upfront and she said they do not have continental breakfast. False Advertisement!!! The room looks nothing like the website. I’ll never book here again.

All of our towels and wash clothes had brown stains on them, there were roaches crawling in the bathroom walls over the toilet paper and tissue. The sink was leaking and we were told to put a trash can under it. Our bed sheets had holes in it and stains on them. We will NEVER make this choice again. I'm embarrassed I even chose this place to stay the night. Just not many choices to choose from where we were headed. I don't think the room was cleaned before we came.

Horrible

Shampoo was not replaced but put back on the counter half full from the previous occupant. Only one bed a comforter and they said they were out. No hot water in the shower. Bed had not been cleaned, as it had grass clippings in it.

I only made it as far as checking in.. I didn’t accept the rooms they provided because they were in unacceptable conditions. God awful stench in the room,bugs, dirty every thing. I asked for a refund and was denied. By the hotel and Hotels.com. Wasted an 8 night stay because of a technicality. Never again.
