Lavender Lodge, sleeps up to 6 people, with uninterrupted views of open countryside where you can watch the horses in the neighbouring field and enjoy incredible sunsets. The spacious lounge/dining area has 2 sets of patio doors opening on to a large terrace. It has comfortable leather sofas, a large wood burner and 40” flat screen TV with Freesat with UK channels and terrestrial French TV. Wi-Fi included There is a selection of books and DVDs and toys at the gîte which you are welcome to use. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, range cooker, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. Separate utility room for washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a corner bath, double sinks and a separate shower. The master bedroom at Lavender Lodge has French doors giving views over the garden and the countryside to the rear, bedroom 2 is a tw



Our lovely gîtes are situated in quiet countryside near vineyards and sunflower fields between the villages of Etaules & Les Mathes. Five mins to the seaside resort of La Palmyre and a choice of miles of sandy beaches linedby pine forests and cycle tracks. Each gite is furnished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. The lounges have leather furniture with patio doors opening on to a terrace and private garden. Satellite TV/DVD/CD. The gardens are all safe and enclosed with loungers, patio furniture & BBQ. There is ample parking.

Excellent space

Really good sized property, comfortable lounge and diner with large tv. Bonus of UK channels, Bedrooms well proportioned and plenty of games for children.The property was well maintained with new looking shutters on the exterior. Large bathroom with shower, although the toilet is located seperately. Would recommend to others and will book again.

Une maison mais deux appartements en location !

Déception de taille à notre arrivée : la maison regroupe deux appartements mitoyens avec terrain en commun. Rien dans l'annonce ne précisait ce ''petit détail'' qui nous aurait contraint à ne pas louer . Nos voisins ont été aussi surpris et il semble que cela soit connu sur d'autres sites : le manque de précision honnête sur le type de location. Bien sûr , l'insonorisation est inexistante et il faut être attentifs aux horaires / bruits de portes.... pour vivre sereinement les vacances avec les voisins imposés. Ensuite, les DVD et romans ne sont que en anglais. Dommage pour les jeunes enfants qui ne parlent pas encore anglais. La 3me chambrette fait 2m sur 4m environ avec une petite commode et un lit superposé pour enfants : pas pour adultes. Le radiateur de la salle d'eau ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas . Les éviers de la cuisine étaient bouchés .... Bref, mis à part cela, l'appartement est grand et lumineux. La vue sur la campagne environnante est belle. Pour la communication avec les propriétaires ; il vaut mieux utiliser leur mail via leur propre site sinon vous attendrez à minima une semaine pour avoir une réponse.
