AMAZING Tims Ford House! RENOVATED & LAKEFRONT!

Renovations were just completed on this gorgeous Lakehouse in early 2021, so it is in tip-top shape for your next big trip!

Picturesque Tims Ford lake views await! 4,000+ sq feet of living space, 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a game room, gym, and huge floor to ceiling windows on every level of the house to enjoy the views of the lake. Enjoy the more than 1,500 sq feet of deck space in the back as well! This lakehouse is the perfect spot for you!
The space
Renovations were just completed on this gorgeous Lakehouse in early 2021. Our home is unique in so many ways, but here are just a few!

1 - THE VIEW - HUGE WINDOWS facing Tims Ford Lake on EVERY level - there's hardly a spot in the house that you can't see the lake from! This provides natural light and incredible views.

2 - THE DECK - spanning 3 floors, the deck is over 1,500 sq ft of pure entertainment space. Located on the back of the house this is the first place you'll gravitate towards and the last place you'll want to leave.

3 - WATER - easy and direct access via our pier and PRIVATE DOCK that is all yours to enjoy - you even have your own PRIVATE BEACH/shallow wading area which is very unique on this lake!

4 - ROOM FOR ALL - 5 BEDROOMS and 4 FULL BATHROOMS in more than 4,000 SQ FEET will provide room comfortably for larger gatherings. Kids (and/or big kids) will enjoy the bunk room downstairs and provide some much needed separation for the adults with 3 bedrooms located on the top level and 1 other on the main level.

5 - FINISHES - The master bathroom has a shower and bathtub to die for - and you'll love the view! All floors are either hardwood or tile to ensure a clean, comfortable, and allergen-free visit. All new appliances, custom built in closets, and more await you when you visit!

Guests have complete access to the entire home (with the exception of a small storage closet), front/backyard, pier, dock, and of course the beautiful Tims Ford Lake!

During winter months (generally November-March) the lake is partially drained. The dock may be on the dry beach at that point (not accessible) rather than the 8-10 foot depth it is during the summer months.

Guests who bring boats may use the neighborhood boat launch located .4 miles away. Please reach out to us for key access if the ramp is locked.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Great location and house
Great location on the water with a dock for our boat. Family of 7 had a great Time and had bbq every night. Primary bed room fantastic. The other beds were poor condition, especially for the premium price. Fix that and it will be 5 star as advertised. Toaster was shot, Im sure they will replace it with something nice.

We were so excited for our Thanksgiving week at this property which all changed once we arrived. As we walked in the house we were hit by the smell of sewage, the house was not clean. There were crumbs on the counter, table and the floor was dirty, the coffee pot still had coffee in it. The bathrooms were dirty with hair on the floor, sink and in the drains of all showers. We had contacted the owner regarding these issues and they advised us, "good help is hard to find". And as far as the septic smell we were told "it always smells like that this time of year". Both excuses were unacceptable for the amount of money we paid. Save your money on this overpriced rental and go elsewhere.

House was exactly as advertised. Very clean and you could tell it has been recently updated. We had a large family and had plenty of room. We have two boats and the dock was well maintained and was perfect for our boats. It had a great swimming latter and its where we spent the majority of our time. The walk to the dock is not bad but if you have an elderly person it could be an issue (but that’s true for almost any house on Tim’s ford) The back deck was very nice with synthetic decking so no worry about splinters like other houses we’ve rented. Would certainly like to rent again!

This place was amazing! It has it's own dock that you can either bring your boat to or rent a boat at the near-by marina. The walk to the dock is pretty steep so just be careful with younger children, but it was not an issue for us. The house itself is very large with a ton of space for everyone! We had about 13 altogether (mixtures of kids and adults) and no one felt cramped. The views of the lake are amazing and the communication with the property manager was wonderful! He was very quick with responses and helpful. We had a great Memorial Day weekend!

Screened in porch on deck was only have on. Materials were laying on the side of main deck and several pieces under steps on lower deck. Had to really watch the kids so they would get near them and get hurt. Drain cover was not screwed in the master bedroom shower and was sitting on the vanity. Had to put that on. Had several big bugs inside and outside that looked like cockroaches. Lights on main deck did not work. We made the best of it but definitely were not 100% satisfied.
