We loved this spacious home with 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room to watch the CU Boulder football game with our son and his girlfriend; the kitchen was well-equipped with all we needed to make dinner together (seasonings and olive oil, pots, pans, etc.) The binder with all the information about the area was helpful too. We enjoyed a hike on Lumpy Mountain before the game, and a stroll around Estes Park before lunch. Beds are comfortable, gas fireplace was a nice feature in the evening.
Our host was nice enough to offer a late check-out because no one was coming in after us, so we had time to hang out a little longer on Sunday morning (and threw in some towels and sheets in the washer).
We would definitely return when staying in the area.
One suggestion (coming from an east coast guest adjusting to the dry air), would be to have a couple of humidifiers available for the bedrooms in the winter. It took us a night to adjust. Also, note in the book about the thermostat and how to adjust the temperature so it sticks. I thought I set it at 60 degrees for sleeping and it was on all night at 69. Too hot for us.
All in all, a wonderful stay. Loved it.
