Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage in the middle of Estes Park. The location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and all its cute shops and restaurants. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the view is fantastic.

Convenient location

10min drive to Rocky Mountain park Fall River entrance. Very short walk to downtown Estes. Would definitely book again for a family trip.

Cozy stay

This was my husband's and my first trip away from home with our 2 month old and this cabin was perfect. The bed was comfy and lots of room for our pack n play. Nathan was so communicative and made our stay so easy. The labels on all the light sqitches was an unexpected ease that we so appreciated.

Perfect Location, Clean and Quiet

This charming, clean, cozy house is in the perfect location for enjoying RMNP and Estes without worrying about parking and crowds. You can easily walk down the hill into town to eat and shop and then return to the quiet lot. You can take a back way out of town to avoid the construction on the main street in Estes. I had a wonderful stay with my teenage son, enjoyed some epic hikes, good meals, and a quiet place to sleep and relax.

Everything was great. Eric, the owner, even offered for us to check in early if needed. Only recommendation would be a motion light on the corner of the house where you park.

The cabin overall was great! Fantastic location and a well kept home. There were instructions everywhere that made sure we knew everything we needed to know and Nathan was very easy to communicate with. The only problem and it was pretty minor was that the cabin wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, it didn’t seem like the cleaners vacuumed the floors. We vacuumed when we got there because we were getting hair on our socks while walking around, and caught quite a bit of debris is the canister. Again, not a huge issue but when we are paying cleaning fees it’s expected that everything should be exceptionally cleaned. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Overall a cute place.

Cute place with most necessities. It was quite a hill climb walking back and forth to town so definitely would recommend planning in driving it. Everything kind of echoes so it’s not the quietest place especially when the wind was howling outside and our window it blew open at 2 in the morning. Bed was comfy and bedding was soft. Enjoyed the fireplace and little Christmas tree. Didn’t use the hot tub but pretty views from the deck.

Mountain Fun in Estes Park

This was our first trip to the RMNP and Estes Park. This is a beautifully updated cabin that is spotless and smack dab in Estes Park. You could easily walk downtown and I could see in the busy season that would be a plus. Plenty of cookware to use, great appliances, even a griddle and crock pot. The view from the cabin is wonderful, especially one night it snowed and we just got take out and hung around the cabin. Eric answers questions quickly and has tips if you ask. I so hope I get a chance to come again. Plenty of room for a small family, or two couples as well. This cabin is a knockout!

Perfect cabin for a wintery stay in Estes!

Loved our stay at this property! It deserves 5+ stars! So much to say about this place! I’m very particular about cleanliness and this cabin did not disappoint! It was immaculately clean, cozy, unique decor, spacious kitchen, and in a great location within just a couple minutes walking distance to town. It’s apparent that Eric, the owner, takes pride in maintaining the cabin. The wood burning fireplace was a bonus for those chilly, snowy nights. It was more than we could ask for! Eric was great about communicating with us and even let us check in early! Had a wonderful time in Estes Park’s winter wonderland! We will definitely rent from Eric again!

Great Walking Location

This cabin is exactly as advertised. The pictures are accurate. It is an older home but had what we needed and the location was perfect. It is walkable to Estes Park and all its surrounding beauty. Included in walking distance is anything you could want to eat, shop for, groceries and just plain hiking. We walked to Lake Estes and all around its beautiful paved path. Saw a herd of elk bathing in the lake. We made the short drive to RMNP and hiked there as well as took a 4 hour horse back ride through the park. The house does sit on a small hill, so for walking with children or elderly folks it may not be as easy.

Perfect location

We stayed here for the Catch the Glow parade and absolutely loved the location! It was so nice to walk into town and not have to worry about finding parking on a busy holiday weekend. The layout of the house was perfect for my family and we all had our own space. If you come in the winter make sure to bring some fluffy slippers since the floors get COLD. We loved hanging out by the fireplace and watching the snow fall over the town. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Estes Park!
