Wake up in the master king to incredible views of Longs Peak, one of Colorado`s most famous mountains, or watch the elk graze on our 2.6 acres.

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood, 2 decks and epic views in all directions.
The main floor has an open-concept living room, kitchen and TV room plus a laundry room, half bath and king bedroom suite with walk in closet and bathroom (shower/tub combo). The lower level has a twin bedroom with en suite bath; a queen bedroom and a TV room with sofa bed. There’s a bathroom with double vanities and a shower between the queen room and tv room. Pocket doors between the tv room and main hallway can make this bed/bath/tv area into a private suite.

We have turned over management to our team at The Wolf Rentals. They`re super responsive and know the area like the back of their hands!
NO SMOKING, NO FIRES
Our home is just a few miles from where two of Colorado`s largest forest fires ever burned just a few years ago. We are a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park`s vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned. Our gas grill and gas fireplace are both allowed.
ROAD CONDITIONS
Estes has a great plow team and our driveway will also be plowed during storms, but if there`s a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Celebrated Thanksgiving with a delicious turkey dinner while staying here. We had everything we needed to cook our feast in the nice kitchen. It snowed the day we arrived but the driveway and sidewalk was cleared before we got to the house. the only thing that we would say that could use a little improvement would be the pillows. They are all pretty poor. But overall it is a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend.
This property was great , the checkin was super simple. It was nice and roomy, very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked. The views off 2 decks were phenomenal!Our only problem was the very aggressive neighbor who kept watch as we drove passed his place. Okay, we could handle that, but then he put logs (chunks of firewood) in the middle of the road leading to our place, making it impassable. We had to work to move all the logs off in two separate stretches of the dirt road. When I told the owner/property mgr about it - no response.Really too bad because the property is amazing. We would not recommend or rent a second time due to the neighbor.

The kitchen had all the essentials and more, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them with a view. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room offered a sense of luxury and tranquility.The owners clearly go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a five-star experience. They provided detailed instructions, local recommendations, and were quick to respond to any questions we had.This property is a gem, and we’re already dreaming of our next visit. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and natural beauty. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Estes Park!
