This wonderful and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is the perfect location for families, friends, and holiday fun. You will truly be amazed by the views you have from within the home and from the second-level wrap-around deck. Your views include the north, south, and west mountain ranges of Estes Park, and you are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

While the trees are changing and the elk are bugling, you can enjoy preparing a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill. It was clean and acceptable. The temperature was weird. The master had its own thermostat but no matter how low I turned it, I couldn’t get the room under 70degrees (too hot for me to sleep comfortably) I ended up sleeping wit the window open and the heat just continued to pump all night.

We had a wonderful stay at this house and would definitely come again! Spacious and comfortable with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. We loved everything about this location and the house itself. It was perfect for our 7 adult group. It’s very close to downtown without having to deal with all of the traffic. Lots of walking/hiking spots close and being right on the golf course made for great scenery. Very clean and lots of space for bigger groups.

This is a well-appointed home with great views of a golf course and surrounding hills. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals for your family. We saw Elk and a great variety of birds during our stay. High points of this home are the dining room seating for a family of eight, large screen tv downstairs, multiple king beds, comfortable towels, bedding and sheets. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub because we were busy in Rocky Mountain National Park which is close to this property. The seating areas are so nice with comfortable leather chairs and sofas. Maytag washer and dryer. Everything in the home was in working order. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay it was cozy and clean and loved that we had a lot of kitchen items. The only issues with the property that I noticed is the washer wasn’t working- there are no towels for the hot tub which is very inconvenient & it was hard to keep warm in some parts of the house and it was super hot in the basement.
