Amazing stay at this fantastic property! The host left many special touches for a birthday/graduation celebration including a happy birthday sign, snacks, wine and a s’mores station! The outdoor spaces were fantastic and the house was comfortable, clean, bright and decorated beautifully. We hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Very clean even the lint trap on the dryer was clean, which is missed a lot of the times. Kitchen had all the appliances one would need. Would recommend a single cup coffee brewer for that afternoon cup of coffee. Not a dealbreaker though. Very quiet neighborhood. Had deer travel through the yard, almost every day we were there. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Kari's house. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and plenty more! The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning crew added some very nice touches. Kari was very responsive and provided an array of dining and entertainment options in the area. We highly recommend Valley Bagels for a delicious breakfast.We would happily stay here again next time we are in Estes!

Loved it!

This place was exactly what we needed. It provided a spacious living area with comfortable furniture where we could lounge as a group. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. I personally loved the front porch to hang out and breathe in the mountain air! The host was communicative and great to work with! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful accommodation. Close to downtown and to RMNP. We spent so much time in the national park we really didn't utilize all that was available to us in the home. I was surprised it was not air conditioned and didn't think it mattered in June when still a bit chilly- but we used the fans after returning home from a long day hiking in the sun and happy to have the fans to cool down. Thank you for the "extras"- wine and s'more fixings. Could have used some additional cookware- few pots- either tiny sauce pan or huge pasta cooker and smallish fry pan- and please add a spatula!. In all --a very clean & comfortable place to stay in a quiet area of town.

Comfortable and classy

Comfortable and spacious with classy touches like the artistically folded toilet paper and kitchen towels, and bath amenities. There were elk and deer strolling through the neighborhood. Our hosts were great providing clear instructions amd tips for the area. Highly recommend Kari and Joe.

Family trip

My family went up for a short trip with our dogs and really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was a short trip to town for dining and shopping. The hosts were great! They provided loads of details well in advance so nothing felt like a surprise.

Great location in Estes Park

Family of four along with adult friends that brought two small dogs. The house was perfect and had a great location. Wheelchair accessible if needed, loved the outdoor firepit and the property manager had the house prepared for just about anything. Bring your clothes and some food to cook and thay should be all thay you need! Property Manager was very responsive and very welcoming. I don't own dogs but our friends brought theirs and it was very accessible for the dogs to be taken out as well as cages were present for a dog or a child. Again, the house had everything and you will not be disappointed. You will be happy staying at this location.
