Did not provide a map to find my room on spread out grounds. Room was ok but old.

Little cabin had nice clean bathroom. Front door swings hard, shuts, & locks every time in & out which presented problems when loading and unloading for being locked out. Also, the cabin was furnished with a bed in the bedroom that was super uncomfitable and needs to be replaced. Finally, the girl at the front desk was unfriendly. The cabin was clean overall but a long way from the water, which was disappointing. It did had adequate air conditioning & cable Tv and a cute screened-in front porch. The only hot tub for our cabin was in the common area instead of on our own deck like I I thought when I booked. I had to ask the front desk girl to unlock the gates to the hot tub, as it was not unlocked or open or have signage. The pool area desparately needed attention. Overall, the property needs attention to detail and loving care.

The cabin was in a good location. The amenities were sufficient. The themed cabins are a cute idea. It was a good little home away from home.

Very well located, comfortable room, clean. Perfect for families.

If you're like me and use the property provided shampoo and conditioner instead of packing your own, bring your own conditioner. The property only supplies shampoo. Also, our unit didn't have air conditioning on our first day there. Just a fan. The only window we could open was the bathroom's and it was so warm in the room overnight that it was hard for all of us to sleep. The next day, an air conditioner was installed so it was much cooler that night. The hot tub was only open til 7:30pm and after a day at the national park and dinner, we weren't back until 8 or 8:30pm. So no use of the hot tub. We picked the property because of the affordability and the hot tub. If none of these things are an issue for you, this property would probably be a nice choice.

great location and very quiet. Room was very clean

Great price and location. Bery friendly and helpful staff. No complaints.

Very cozy, not you run of the mill motel Nice decor, quiet. Would stay there again.

This hotel was a nice place to stay and had a nice area by the river to sit and relax.

Terrific view of the snow capped Rocky Mountains, as well as creek flowing on edge of the property.

Too "Rustic" Reservation made in haste after Orbitz messed up plans. Only place available. Bad choice.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to save money at. On top of that I would have paid several hundred more for the room. It was everything we could have asked for. It really made us feel like we were loving on the mountain. Loved it!

Poor housekeeping. Covered the sheets without smoothing them out. Large wrinkle on bedspread. Counter not wiped.

Stayed in the motel, ground floor, for two nights. Plenty of parking, easy access. Room was comfortable and exactly what we needed. Nothing fancy but pleasant.

Had a nice stay. Good accomadations. A little Spartan for the price. Sleeping 8 is crowded at best in the cabin we stayed in. The grounds need a little make over with trimming of weeds and overgrown bushes. The condos across the river are in excellent condition. It shows. Hot tub was cleaned daily, a big plus for hikers. Management was friendly.

The hotel is a little dated, but very clean. The room had a small kitchen and fridge. Bed was comfortable and it was a short walk to the river.

Extremely unfair rating! The front office representative should have left you a map, which I apologized to you for. But, he did leave you a voice mail message explaining where the Motel was located, AND the Welcome Letter you received last night has a Phone Number you should have called to ask to help you find your unit.

Thank you for your review! It is always helpful so that we may make improvements. When booking on Expedia, once you click into the unit you're choosing, you can look at pictures so that you know what type of unit you are reserving. We sit on 5.5 acres of property with cabins starting by our pool/hot tub complex and then meandering down to the river.

Yes it is true we do not provide conditioner, I think you are the first person to mention it. You arrived just as we are getting into warmer weather so you did not have an air conditioner because we take them out in the colder season. Many of our cabins, surrounding cabins businesses and most parts of Colorado do not have a/c units. That is the lifestyle here. I'm happy you were in one of our few accommodations that provides a/c so you could be comfortable. Yes our hot tub is open till 7:30 because that is when the office closes, If you had inquired with the office earlier in the day we would have been more than happy to arrange after hours access with you. We do that quite often so long as our guest agrees to lock up the area when they are done. I wish there had been more communication so that we were aware of what you wanted or needed. Thanks for your kind review and for staying at Brynwood.
