We were pleasantly surprised how nice and clean and fully stocked this place was. They thought of everything! My family loved the hot tub and I loved the location away from town. I have been coming up to Estes Park for 40 plus years and this was the nicest stay we have had by far. Thank you!

Place was exactly like the pictures and the corner unit views were absolutely amazing. Place was very clean and well stocked with essential supplies. We had to contact the property manger for a new door code when arriving and they were very quick to get back and very nice. Would reccomend this place to any of my family and friends who decide to visit Estes Park.

Great Location!

We stayed here for four nights while we explored RMNP. The condo is comfortable and sits in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the Beaver Meadows or Fall River entrances to the park. It was perfect for us and we'd definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

Very nice property! It was amazing having a view of the mountains out all of our windows! Great location, just a short few minute drive to the park or downtown estes. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet cozy condo

Quiet clean neighborhood just far enough away from downtown. You can get to anything you need in just a few minutes but avoid the crowds of downtown Estes Park. Condo is spacious and comfortable. Great to unwind in the hot tub on chilly nights after a long day of hiking.

Great views from covered deck

We enjoyed our stay. The space was well equipped and just as pictured. The beds were comfy, and we enjoyed eating out on the covered deck. Because it is an end unit, we felt we had more privacy and better views - something beautiful to see on three sides. The community is up on a hillside outside of town, but not too far from shops or RMNP. We would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful Mountain Views w/ Great Accommodations

Very attractive and clean condo! 2 couples stayed there comfortably with beautiful views. It was close to Estes Park and easy to find. Well-stocked kitchen and baths, but could use more than 6 place-settings of dishes to avoid extra dishwasher cycles. :-)

Great Property and Location

My spouse and I really enjoyed our trip to Estes Park and the property. It was very clean and in a great location close to all of the activities. I would recommend staying at this property. The placement of the hot tub underneath the stairs to the unit above was a little surprising. I would think placement of the hot tub would be better suited on the deck off of the living room and kitchen in my opinion.

Our stay in this unit was an absolute joy! We had everything we needed for our family of four to feel as though we had a home away from home in the Rockies. The views, watching sunrise from the porch, and rainbows with evening showers filled our hearts with so much joy. We can’t wait to return and experience another stay in this unit. Rocky Mountain national park visit

Condo was exactly as pictured and in an excellent location. The view is amazing. Our only negative was the mis-communication about the replacement of the water heater during our stay. This repair left us without water for several hours. The property manager did offer an alternative and was apologetic. Overall an excellent stay.

We enjoyed 5 diffent sort of hikes.

Weather was 40's & 50's. We walked the Bear Lake Trail, Alberta Falls trail, Sprague Lake trail, part of the Hollowell park trail and park of Moraine park. We talked to 2 couples from Omaha & a couple from Arkansas. We recommend Rock Inn- wonderful food, quick service, and homemade desserts prepared on site. Favorite siting was to see 2 moose and some pretty birds and lots of Elk. We went to the Rocky Mtn National Park for the day and enjoyed different hiking trails. This is a beautiful and comfortable condo. It was very relaxing time - so nice to just get up and make our breakfast without having going out to a hotel lobby.

Nice stay

Thank you, you have a very nice place other than me thinking it was the whole upstairs and downstairs it’s only the downstairs view. The Heat wasn’t working and it was freezing weather when we arrived at 4am also it was so windy that the snow was coming through the front door seal. The managers contacted us and were able to get accommodated with another/ different Condo but I was just the whole hassle of the situation. We also Drove through a snow Blizzard going up the mountain back home. Other than that we Had a good stay

Great Condo

I've been coming to Estes Park my whole life, grew up camping in RMNP. My parents got married there. It's like a home away from home, but somehow I was unfamiliar with the Mary's Lake area. Lovely! Very quiet with beautiful views. What a perfect location...secluded a bit, but being a short distance from everything. The condo was excellent! Super clean, comfortable. Loved the big sectional couch! Nicely decorated. I really appreciated the quality of everything. The hot tub being off to the side of the unit was a bonus. Aside from the occasional car driving by, it was more private than it would have been on the deck if you have neighbors outside. I brought too much stuff. This place was loaded with anything I needed. One minor fix? There seemed to be a motion-sensor light between the outdoor stairs and the front door. Sometimes I noticed it come on, but other times it was quite dark between the steps and the front door. Also wish the complex had a recycle dumpster. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! :)

We had a great stay in 19B over Thanksgiving week. We cooked every meal in the condo - well equipped. Private hot tub was awesome - beach towels were provided. Being away from town was wonderful and the views were amazing. We drove into the Park everyday - so close.

This was a great condo for our family of 4. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room to hang out. Nice balcony. Fantastic location that getting to town was very easy. Check-in and out process was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.
