Bella Terra is located near numerous shopping/outlet malls and restaurants. Probably the hottest area in town with the new Corkscrew road expansion and development boom. Minutes from FGCU and the airport. Newly furnished. 2 televisions. You will never want to leave. HOA application approval required (approx. $150). Full calendar months only for January- March please. April partial available with March rental. 30 day minimum rentals.

Great Condo and Location

Cheri was so helpful and an flexible. We couldn't have asked for a better situation in the middle of a hurricane and moving and being in limbo. Bellaterra such an awesome neighborhood. Cheri was the best!
