Exceptional 4 bedroom apartment in the fantastic beachfront urbanisation, Dominion Beach. Fully renovated and refurbished to a luxury standard, this beautiful property is perfect for families and friends, ensuring all guests are comfortable and relaxed. Dominion Beach offers 3 swimming pools, mature tropical gardens, direct beach and promenade access, a summer restaurant, communal gym, and 24 hour security inside a gated complex.



The master bedroom features a king size bed facing a TV on the wall, direct access onto the terrace, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with large rainfall shower. The second bedroom is similar to the master, providing a king size bed, direct access onto the terrace, plenty of storage, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The third bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom in located in the basement and has a small double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower.



The kitchen and living room are fully open plan. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. A breakfast bar with stools for 4 allows for informal eating, while a dining area with table and seating for 6 is also provided. The living room features a large sofa and armchair facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The room is bathed in natural light through the window out onto the terrace.



Along with the fourth bedroom, the basement features a pool table and entertainment room, with L-shaped sofa and armchair facing an enormous smart TV.



The long terrace that runs the length of the apartment offers chillout seating, and alfresco dining area, and 2 sun loungers. The terrace looks out over the property’s private garden, which provides an additional 2 sun loungers, and allows easy access into the communal grounds of the urbanisation.

Dominion Beach has a number of beach restaurants a short walk along the Paseo Maritimo (beachfront promenade), which connects Estepona with Marbella (lovely walk or cycle). Excellent stay

This property has a great location in the urbanization "Dominion Beach" that has excellent location on a beautiful part of the beach. This unit is newly renovated and in perfect condition. We loved our monthly long stay here and would love to come back. The only drawback is that this unit is very close to A7 so the one bedroom facing that direction gets som road noise. The other bedrooms do not have that at all and the outside area is serene and lovely. I recommend this place and I can even se myself owning a property in this wonderful urbanization!
