Modern and beautifully furnished 1 bedroom duplex penthouse located in Urbanisation Sunset Golf, minutes from La Resina golf course and 10 minutes from the beach. The apartment has been completely redecorated and modernised to give guests a comfortable and fresh rental experience. The apartment has views over the surrounding the mountains from a two terraces (one of which is a rooftop terrace), access to a secure underground parking space, and free use of the community’s swimming pool.

Through the front door guests will find a fully equipped kitchen on the left, the bathroom on the right, and the living room and corridor to the bedroom in front. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. A raised dining table with stools (seating for 4) is available in the living room.

The living room features an L-shaped sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and is bathed in light through floor to ceiling windows that give access to the terrace. The first terrace is furnished with an alfresco dining area (seating for 4), while the rooftop terrace (accessible by an interior staircase) provides a chillout seating area, perfect for a drink in the afternoon sun.

The bedroom features a large double bed, desk and chair, and plenty of storage space. There is direct access onto the terrace through the bedroom, and like the rest of the property, is tastefully decorated. The bathroom has both a bath and separate walk-in shower.

The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, and there is fast and unlimited fibre optic WIFI for guests to enjoy. A private underground parking space below the apartment is included in the rental, as is access to the community’s large swimming pool.

Guests are surrounded by a number of golf courses, and 15 minutes drive from the town of Estepona and the world famous Puerto Banús. Selwo Aventura (a large zoo) is also 7 minutes drive away.

Beautiful & quiet location

Myself and my fiancé stayed for 9 days. Checking in was easy and the duplex appt is a very good size. All mod cons including air con and was perfect for our stay. A good size communal pool and great golf club restaurant just 5 mins walk away. Cafes, bars and 2 stunning restaurants on the beach nearby too. Would recommend this appt but would suggest a car is needed

Das Appartement war traumhaft, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse und der noch größere Freibereich auf dem Dach waren ein Traum. Es liegt still, abends mit einem Buch und einem Cocktail draußen zu sitzen war ein Highlight. Bei passendem Wetter kann man bis Gibraltar und Afrika sehen. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man ohne Auto nirgends hinkommt, Ortszentrum und Restaurants sind fußläufig nicht zu erreichen, aber das steht auch korrekt in der Objektbeschreibung. Der zugehörige Stellplatz in der Garage ist gut und nützlich, von dort geht es direkt per Fahrstuhl zum Appartement selbst. Die Tiefgarage ist nach deutschen Maßstäben sehr eng - nichts für größere Autos. Leider waren in unserem Fall die falschen Schlüssel in der Lockbox und es war "after hours", was zu einiger Aufregung führte, bis wir endlich in der Wohnung waren - dafür muss ich leider den einen Stern in der Gesamtbewertung abziehen.

We have stayed on this urbanisation many times. We didn't use the pool this time being winter we did use the pool in summer. At that time the tiles in the pool were in a very poor state with many missing or coming off on a daily basis. Whether they will be repaired for the new season I don't know. However, both in the summer and recently there was a significant amount of external painting of the building taking place.The apartment itself was very good and clean. There wasn't a microwave when we arrived, but the agent sorted out a new one out very quickly.The drive up to the urbanisation from the coast road is in a very poor condition mainly caused by the heavy vehicles coming and going to the new developments taking place. This didn't phase us and would be happy to stay again.
