Discover the charm of this fantastic apartment with two bedrooms two bathrooms one ensuite, located in a privileged location close to the main shopping and leisure centers. With a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, this accommodation offers space for up to 4 people, making it the perfect place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends. This is a newly built neighborhood (Las Mesas) located just above the port of Estepona. The old town can be reached on foot. There are sufficient connections for public transport. For example, it is not necessary to rent a car if you fly to Malaga airport.
The space The apartment is on the ground floor and has a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (box spring) that can easily be clicked together and a separate bathroom. A cozy living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped open kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and clothesline (dryer not included). The charming garden terrace invites you to relax outdoors, while the garage in the building offers safe and convenient private parking.

Gerne wieder!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Carlas’s Wohnung sehr genossen. Mit der Uebergabe hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und die Kommunikation mit Carla war schnell und einfach. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es war Spülmittel, Lappen, sonstige Putzutensilien, Waschmittel, Tabs für Geschirrspüler und vieles mehr vorhanden. Die grosse Terrasse ist genial. Frühstück im Oktober mit Morgensonne, perfekt! Zu Fuss ins Zentrum hat man ca. 30 Min; zum Strand je nach dem wo man sich platzieren möchte ab ca. 20 Min. In der Nähe vom Zentrum hat es einen grossen Parkplatz wo man für EUR 1.00 / Tag das Auto stehen lassen kann. Ist aber sehr gut besetzt und man hat oft etwas Wartezeit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem neueren Stadteil. Es wird immer noch gebaut und daher gibt es aktuell auch noch etwas Baulärm. Aber es war ok für uns. Estepona hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Viele nette Gassen mit Restaurants und auch viele Spanier anzutreffen. Wir können die Wohnung von Carla nur empfehlen!
