If you love views, this is the best spot in the area. My home sits on top of the hill, so you have great views and can still walk down to the town within 15-20 min (depending on your pace) This home is in a gated community with privacy, mountain views, pool views, & sea views, fast internet & comfort. If you want to escape crowds of people, this is the spot. The home has an open floor plan and is new. Sink into two king-size beds featuring Tempur-Pedic mattresses, carefully selected to provide superior comfort and relief from travel-related fatigue. The two twin beds are no exception, offering therapeutic quality for a restful night's sleep. This is a modern, luxury penthouse. There are 2 pools to enjoy, private parking for up to 2 vehicles, a fitness center, & an elevator. We have fast high-speed internet, perfect for working from home. We have one portable travel crib for infants and one high chair for your stay (Please request at booking if needed). Estepona is very popular and growing. You can see they are building luxury homes everywhere. There are two cranes visible from my terrace but the majority of construction is on the other side of the community. It hasn’t bothered me one bit as the noise is minimal.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
