First floor flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms totally refurbished in June 2019.
This flat consists of a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, master bedroom with double bed (150 cm) and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and has sliding doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean Sea.
Air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Maxi 6 Persons.
Playa Bella is a gated community with direct access to the beach. It is the ideal place for families or couples who want to enjoy a perfect beachfront location and the proximity to Marbella and Estepona.
The communal gardens surround the urbanisation and include a small play area for children.
Two restaurants, a pizzeria and the famous Playa bella restaurant can be reached in less than 5 minutes walking distance. There is also less than 5 minutes walking distance to a petrol station where you can find bread and basic necessities.
