Fantastic apartment, Fantastic location, stunning views.Issue with electric tripping out when aur con on.....so caused a few problems but reported so hopefully fixed for next guests.Complex lovely, will return if visit Estapona again......the hill keeps u fit

The apartment is in a great location 5 minutes from the marina. With open an plan layout, theres plenty of room. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers.The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you will need.The balcony is larger than most with lovely outside space and a fabulous view!This is great apartment and I would highly recommend.

Lovely stay at this apartment, ideally situated, very close to the beach and just walking distance to the old town. The pool was loved by my two children, there were always sun beds available and it was never too busy.

Great apartment and pools
We have just come home from a wonderful stay in this apartment. Rosa from Intermobiliaria was great and her emails and instructions prior to arrival were all very clear. Rosa met us upon arrival and went though everything we needed to know with the apartment and we had a lovely chat about things we could do in the surrounding area. Rosa was great and when I just needed some help with the air con settings she came round within half an hour and sorted it out for us. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great wifi and TV so we could log into our Netflix. Loads of hot water and good powerful showers. Beds were comfy. I would have liked another pillow but I slept very well so no complaints. The balcony was so spacious, lovely seating and BBQ. I will miss that view!The pools were really lovely and the grounds are well maintained with gardeners looking after the grass and plants. It was very nice. Pool cards needed to get through the gates so it is really safe and you know everyone on the complex is staying there. Friendly lifeguards and a good ‘deep end’! We really enjoyed the ‘vibe’ around the pools. Very friendly. Plenty of beds… sometimes there wasn’t a shade available but people didn’t always stay all day so would become available. Not a problem. Easy walk to the Carrefour and the Marina, and then a good walk along the promenade to oldtown. Make sure you walk on the correct side as the other side is for escooters and bikes. We loved Estepona!!

Dejlig oplevelse på et dejligt sted
Fin modtagelse af Rosa selvom vores fly var 3 timer forsinket. God beliggenhed og fin terrasse. Senge og sengetøj upåklageligt. Rent og pænt.Savnede en “lænestol” udover sofaen. Savnede bedre belysning, umuligt at læse en bog om aftenen. En bekvemmelighed ville have været en opvaskemaskine.Et godt råd er at slukke varmepumpen når der er flere elektriske apparater i gang, men det er jo ikke ualmindeligt i Spanien at relæet slår fra ved overbelastning. Lejligheden under os var under renovation og der har i 3 ud af 4 uger været håndværkere der har hamret, banket og skåret og slebet fliser. Det var ret generende. Ellers kan vi varmt anbefale lejligheden.

Winter Aufenthalt in südlichen Wohnungen
Zuerst vielen Dank an Frau Rosa. Sie hat uns sehr gut betreut.
Im Winter kann man die Wohnungen nur mit der A/C heizen, das heisst die Wohnung ist eher kühl und die Fussboden- Steinplatten immer kalt (aber das wussten wir alles, Pullover und warme Socken hatten wir dabei.) Die A/C funktionierte leider nicht und eine grössere Reparatur wird wohl nötig sein.
Frau Rosa hatte uns vorsorglich einen kleinen Elektro Heizofen besorgt damit wir Abends, wenn's nötig war, etwas heizen konnten.
Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet und die Bilder im Internet entsprechen der Wohnung. Vielen Dank dem Vermieter für das Nachtessen welches wir als Dank für die kaputte A/C offeriert bekamen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nice flat with a wonderful terrace and view
One notice immedeatily that the flat is been used by the owner himself. Super equipped with all kitchen staff as well as herbs and other stuff which you usually have to buy in front and leave most of that half used in the bin. Also, we enjouyed using the BBC on the terrace with the vier to the sea.
Apartment clean and modern, with all amenities needed. Private indoor parking, 2 pools, cloese to a Supermarket. Located just above the harbour, with a 20 minutes walk along the new beach promenade to the old town.
We are looking to but a property in the same area now.
