On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen followed by a storage room with washing machine and dryer. Separate guest toilet.

The outdoor terrace with garden is equipped with the necessary accommodation.
On the lower floor there is a sleeping area with 2 double beds and a sofa bed. This room has its own spacious bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
