Overlooking the sub-tropical gardens, this lovely apartment is an excellent base to enjoy a holiday on the Costa del Sol. Very centrally located in the community of La Fragata and within short walking distance to the marina, Estepona's most famous beach of 'Playa del Cristo', the promenade and local supermarkets.
Carefully prepared for a great holiday, whether in summer or winter the apartment offers a very modern living/dining area with a comfortable sofa and table seating 4. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Connecting from the lounge area is the sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture and lovely views over the pool and garden. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, both with walk-in shower.
La Fragata is a gated and secure community with a large swimming pool. Surrounded by the main tourist spots and near to restaurants, tapas bars, shops, supermarkets, and all without the need for a car. The beautiful old town of Estepona with its flower-filled plazas, narrow streets, small boutiques and whitewashed houses is a short stroll.
Effortless access to both the AP-7 motorway and A-7 coastal road, the beachside town of Estepona offers an unmatched range of outdoor family activities including horseback riding, paddle, tennis, golf, water sports, karting and buggy excursions. Marbella is around 25 minutes by car and Tarifa the popular windsurf capital of Europe is approximately an hour away.
