One bedroom and one bathroom apartment with a sofa bed which makes it suitable for up to three people.
Ideally located on the fourth floor, this flat is composed as follows: living room with open plan kitchen and access to the terrace facing the sea, the bedroom with a double bed which also has access to a terrace overlooking the mountains and the city and finally one bathroom. The furniture is Nordic style, modern and bright, which makes this apartment a lovely place.
Ceiling fan in the bedroom, electric radiators for the winter, smart TV and free broadband internet and a private parking space is included in the price.
Having two terraces creates a permanent draught in the warmer months.
The flat is ideally located in front of the new seafront promenade and esplanade making it the perfect place to discover Estepona the garden of the Costa del Sol. You will be in the centre of town to discover Estepona and less than two minutes from La Rada beach, the main beach of Estepona with many beach bars and restaurants.
Estepona is one of the few towns on the Costa del Sol that has kept its old character, this flat is located in the old part of the town and you can explore the narrow streets where the whitewashed houses are full of flowers, this is why Estepona has earned the name "Garden of the Costa del Sol" which is our days, the most common name to describe Estepona.

Disappointed

The situation of the apartment was stupendous, on the front line of the Med. However the furnishings were sub-standard. The living room put-u-up was extremely uncomfortable as the back was of an obtuse angle of 120 degrees permanently. The double bed was incredibly hard, and the wardrobe space was very limited for our 17 day stay. The bathroom was small and would be better served with a shower unit instead of the bath which had no hanging storage space for soap, shampoo etc. The kitchen was of a very high order, but no toaster as advertised. No ironing board and the small iron can only be described as for travelling use. The decor was adequate albeit there was a long large crack at the side of the patio door. It’s such a shame because if the owner invested in some decent furniture and gave the apartments facilities a little more care and thought I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it, but as it stands, I am sorry I wouldn’t.

Paradise in Estepona

A wonderful frontline property with stunning views overlooking the promenade. Having 2 balconies front and back is superb. The addition of 2 sun loungers is an added bonus on the back patio area. The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need on a holiday. The old town is directly behind the property which is very clean and pretty with lots of bars and restaurants. Our only criticism in the property is the bed . It is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Maybe invest in a new one ? We would love to return another year.
