O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções. O quarto é limpo, mas a internet não funcionava tão bem onde fiquei (não tem sinal da TIM em todo o estado, lol). O atendimento foi razoável. Não necessariamente ruim ou mal educado, mas um pouco ausente? A recepção quase sempre vazia e tinha que esperar alguém vir de algum lugar. Quando cheguei, a pessoa que me atendeu também não compreendeu de primeira que eu tinha reservado dois quartos, mas o problema foi resolvido rápido e eficiente. O ambiente é bem bacana e a vedação do ruído muito boa também. Me senti confortável.

Bom dia chegamos na sexta feira a noite e não conseguimos dormir ate 1:00 da manhã devido uma algazarra na casa vizinha que faz parte da pousada e por incrível que pareça era familiares do próprio dono muito barulho pessoas com palavras de baixo calão e minha filha de 7 anos querendo dormir e escutando as palavras horrível no outro dia fiz uma reclamação ao recepcionista ai foi que descobri quem era o dono ele disse que era assim mesma e se eu quisesse trocaria de quarto isso é inadmissível mas os atendentes muito educado e a limpeza muito boa.

No geral foi razoável! Houve despreparo na higienização/organização. Chegamos às 17hs e ainda não tinha quarto pronto pra nos receber, fomos liberados pra subir e a moça ainda estava limpando, deixando o banheiro sem papel higiênico e mal higienizado. Na limpeza da segunda diária, deixaram sem toalha. Aviso na recepção informa que a cozinha funciona até as 20hs. As 19:38hs os colaboradores já não queriam aceitar o pedido de um jantar individual. Lugar é bom, porém deixa muito a desejar em pequenos detalhes que podem gerar um certo desgaste.

A pousada superou minhas expectativas. Desde a recepção até a instalação no quarto, não deixou nada a desejar! Quarto espaçoso, banheiro espaçoso, limpeza muito boa.
