Very good customer service. The employees seem happy in there jobs so makes for a good atmosphere. Everyone very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have used this hotel a few times, when I’m over from the USA. Visiting family and friends. I have never had a problem. And will use it again.
The only thing I could say was the shower . The water pressure was not to good. Everything else was very good , comfortable clean. Will stay again
The staff were most accommodating regarding my need for a room that was in an asthma-friendly part of the building (e.g. away from a laundry and so forth). A message was personally delivered by the desk clerk allowing myself to work undisturbed. The quality of this hotel was what I expect of Holiday Inns from my frequent use of U.S. hotels under this logo.
