Sehr dreckig, kein Stern für Sauberkeit geht leider nicht!
Küche und Bad sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Vor allem ist beides sehr dreckig und stinkt fürchterlich, aber auch baulich ist beides in schlechtem Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind i.O., wenn man Küche und Bad nicht braucht, kann man die Wohnung nehmen.
