Lovely quiet riad with kind staff in a very pretty location. Not far from Essouiara to visit the beach, Medina, and shopping, but very tranquil and out of the way for a pleasant atmosphere. Pool was great!

Staff was very nice. And helpful. This Riad is quiet and peaceful but requires transportation. Arrangements were made for a van at a rate of 250 dirhams to Essaouira. Perfect remote getaway.

Delightful Riad and warm hospitality

Fabulous place to stay. We can not recommend the Riad highly enough. Anne and Jean-François are wonderful hosts, unfailingly helpful and friendly. We ate very well at the Riad on several evenings. Highlights were the lamb tagine and fried sardines (thank you Abdu!). The pool was warm enough for hardy youngsters and the occasional oldster in April.

All is well acceptable except the drive to the hotel. It’s a 1.8 mile rocky dirt road with really sharp rocks. Constantly worrying about getting a flat.

The Ryad was good, very peacefull and relaxing.

When we arrived first we thought, this is far but the following day we thought this is good. Christmas day was fantastic and different from the usual traditional Christmas to say the list. Donkey ride in the forest by the sea and picnic consisting of Morrocan Salad and Goat Tagine then a bit of dancing by the fire. What fun it was. Thanks to Francois, Anne and especially Abdu who made it so good for us, They also asked us every day what we wanted to eat. What else can you ask for ?

A true hidden gem in Essaouira

Anne and Jean Francois are wonderful hosts. They provided for all our needs in such a considerate way, allowing us to have an amazing and relaxing time. The bedrooms are all individual and unique. The pool is divine and you are able to enjoy drinks and food next to the pool day and night. Essaouira city is a short drive away and they arrange transfers which makes it easy to explore the city and other related activities. If you are after relaxation combined with a Moroccan Riad experience then this is a perfect match.

Pour faire simple, disons que c'est difficile de trouver mieux à ce prix. Au delà des prestations excellentes, c'est l’accueil qui est parfait. On se sent chez soi ! Vraiment adorables. Pour le reste, la piscine est très bien, on pourrait regretter légèrement qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée hors saison mais pas bien grave. La chambre était super et bien insonorisée. Les repas (merci Abdou) étaient gargantuesques et même de délicates intentions en 75 cl sont disponibles ;) Merci encore, à bientôt !!
