The ground floor is composed of a large living room, the dining area, all with an area of 80 m² with fireplace and access to two terraces. Equipped kitchen and bar. A bright corner bedroom that can be used as a closet office.
The first floor opens onto a large living room serving as a cinema. One double bedroom with balcony and large bathroom. Two other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two other bedrooms, each with its bathroom, WC shower.
The bathrooms are made of Iroko.
Oak parquet upstairs.
Private parking for five cars.
Gardeners and cleaning lady included.
