This delightful 200m2 house perfectly blends seaside serenity and local vibrancy. Immerse yourself in the stunning beach, just a short stroll away, offering sun-soaked days. This exquisite house features a stunning swimming pool, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation and recreation in the comfort of your own home.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming living space with a large plush sofa, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

There are four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth has two bunk beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Marinhas is a civil parish in the municipality of Esposende. Known for its coastal beauty, Marinhas offers a mix of traditional charm and modern amenities.

The neighbourhood boasts proximity to scenic beaches and natural landscapes, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a relaxed and picturesque environment. With a blend of local culture and seaside tranquillity, Marinhas provides a unique experience for residents and visitors alike.

The property is easily accessible by car.

The nearest bus station, Esposende, is a 19-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
