Very large living room equipped with a ping-pong table, opening onto a garden with outdoor lounge and beautiful trees. The accommodation is ideally located close to all shops, including a medical center and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk. You will also find nearby tennis and padel courts, cycle paths, hiking trails, and the sea is only a 15-minute walk away.
This is a fully equipped loft with a modern, new kitchen and bright spaces. You will enjoy peace and comfort for a family of 4, with a whirlpool bathtub for relaxation, a television, and a huge shaded terrace under plane trees. This house is unique. Industrial-style air conditioning ensures an ideal temperature according to your needs. Large bay windows let in the intense light of southern France.
The upstairs bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined together. On the ground floor, the second bedroom has a 180 cm double bed. The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms.
You will have access to the entire accommodation. I live in the neighboring house, a manor house, but the spaces are completely separate, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete privacy.
