At the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, in the village of Espinchal, this character gîte spread over three levels invites you to unwind and explore the trails, lakes and wild landscapes of the Cézallier. This gîte is part of a building comprising two apartments with a shared entrance, set in a calm and natural environment. Garden level : - Living area with lounge and kitchenette Ground floor : - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) - 1 bedroom with two trundle beds (90) - Shower room - Separate WC First floor : - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90) in a mezzanine accessible by a ladder - Shower room Enjoy the terrace and the shared enclosed outdoor area to recharge in the fresh air. Travel cot available on site. Please note: electric heating is included up to 8 kW per day. Wifi is available at the wifi hotspot in front of the Town Hall.
