Günübirlik Eskisehir Ziyareti

Otelde aile odasinda bir gün kaldık. Kalorifer etkili yaniyordu ve oda sıcaklıgı iyiydi. Yatak ve yastiklar konforluydu. Ancak bizim odada nevresimli yorgan yerine çarşaf ve battaniye vardi. Bazı yuzeylerde de bir miktar toz vardı ancak kesinlikle kirlilik hissi olusturmadi. Havlular temizdi. Odada ikram çay-kahve duzeneği ve terlik vardı. Televizyon ve kanallar yeterli. Personel çok iyi ve çok yardimci. Bir sorun ya da ihtiyac olunca hemen hallettiler. Yakindaki bir otoparkı ucretsiz kullandık. Otel sehir merkezinde bu nedenle yurume mesafesinde bir cok yer var. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ve konaklamaya dahildi. Sonuc olarak fiyat performans olarak uygun bir otel. Tesekkurler.

İki tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirerek çift kişilik yatak yapmışlar. Gece uyurken orta kısımda oluşan çöküntü yüzünden sırtım çok ağrıdı. Kahvaltısı yok. İnterneti çekmiyor. Personel güler yüzlü ama tek başına personel yetmiyor iyi otel olmak için. Parasının hakkını veren bir otel değil kesinlikle.

Sömestr tatili için Eskişehiri tercih ettik, VIP Suite Otelin Merkezi olması başlıca tercih etme sebebimizdi...olumlu olumsuz konular; Karşılama ve ilgi alaka çok iyi. Yataklar çok sert. 24 saat ücretsiz çay/kahve mevcut. Tramvay durağı 50m. AVM 150m. Otelin levhası çok küçük dikkat çekmiyor, apartmanlar arasında kamufle gibi, çok dikkatli bakmazsanız yanından geçip gidersiniz. Genel olarak 10 üzerinden 8,5-9,0 puan.

Vip Suit'te ikinci konaklayışımız. Geçen sene geldiğimizde çok memnun ayrıldık fakat bu sefer aynı şeyleri söyleyemeyeceğim. Öncelikle asansörün erişemediği, çatı katına yapılmış küçücük bir odada konakladık. Balkona bakan duvarlar rutubetten kabarmıştı. Oda geçen sene kaldığımız odaya göre tek kelimeyle rezaletti. Çıkışta anahtarı teslim ettiğimizde, birisi masaya not almış. Hotels.com'dan ödeme yapmama rağmen ödeme görünmemiş mi, tekrar mı ödeme alınacakmış saçma sapan bir sıkıntı yarattılar. Telefondan uygulamayı açıp gösterdim, ekran görüntüsü istedi tam atacaktım ondan da vazgeçtiler özür dilediler ayrıldık. Tutuma gerçekten anlam veremedim, Eskişehir seyahatlerimizde akla gelen tek yer olmasına rağmen bu sefer rezalet bir deneyimdi!

Konaklamamız harikaydı. Ufak tefek sorunlar çıksa da otel görevlileri en hızlı şekilde yardımcı oldu ve sorunları çözdüler. Yalnızca oda ücreti ödememize rağmen kahvaltı ikramdı ve ikram olan bir kahvaltıya göre gayet tatmin ediciydi. İçecekler ücretsiz, otel sakin, konum harika; evimizde gibi hissettik resmen.
