The house "Bensersiel Lighthouse" with seven apartments is located in the best residential area at the beginning of the Taddigshörn just 50 meters from the Nordseedeich in the middle of the North Sea spa Bensersiel. Bensersiel is located directly on the unique natural spectacle "National Park Lower Saxony Wadden Sea", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage". The house "Bensersieler Lighthouse" was newly built in 2014 and is rented since the beginning of 2015. The seven apartments in the "Bensersiel Lighthouse" in Bensersiel are built, furnished and equipped in a bright and friendly style with high-quality materials. There are apartments for up to 6 people and for up to 4 people, all apartments are about 80 square meters and about 75 square meters large. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und dadurch sehr praktisch. Das Meer und die Geschäfte sind alle in laufnähe.

Gut, aber

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten zwei tolle Wochen in Bensersiel und Umgebung. Positiv : Gute Lage der Wohnung Größe der Wohnung und des Balkons Die Betten waren gut Ein Duschbad + separate Toilette Geschirr und Besteck waren ausreichend Negativ : Für einen Aufschlag eine gereinigte Wohnung bestellt, war aber maximal besenrein. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig. Die Wohnung war für 6 Personen, es gab anfangs keinen Sonnenschirm, nur 2 billige Plastikstühleund und einen kleinen Campingtisch.(wurde aber nachgebessert)

Sofort wieder!!!

Wir haben schon verschiedene Wohnungen in Benseriel gebucht, aber diese war mit Abstand die schönste! Sehr geräumig, alles neu und liebevoll eingerichtet! Einzig und alleine vermisste ich persönlich ein Plisée o.ä. im Fenster am Flubereich. Aber ich würde sie trotzdem wieder buchen!

Schöne Unterkunft mit leichten hygienischen Mängeln

Positiv: - Zentral gelegen mit sehr kurzen Wegen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Hafen und Strand - Neuwertiges Mobiliar - Bequeme Betten - Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit bei Problemen (z.B. Austausch einer Glühbirne) Negativ: - Nicht gründlich gesäubert. Der Reinigungstrupp war da nur oberflächlich gründlich. (Einige Spuren der Vorgänger noch vorhanden - keine weiteren Details) - Im Erdgeschoss kann je nach Wohnung von allen Seiten hereingeschaut werden. —> Raffrollos aber an jedem Fenster vorhanden —> Empfehlung Dachterrasse
