This new, modern and bright holiday apartment is located directly in the dike passage from the North Sea Garden Park, in the heart of Bensersiel, only 200 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. The 75m² apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. Particularly noteworthy is the 20 m² terrace in a sunny south-west location.

A nicer apartment you will hardly find:
full-surface underfloor heating, everywhere floor tiles (allergy-friendly), electric ALU shutters for darkening, high-quality soundproofing, 3 flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, handmade built-in furniture with LED backlighting, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Also for handicapped guests this apartment is ideally suited. With the corresponding underground parking space you reach the dike passage and your apartment with the elevator directly. The supermarket and bakery is located in the house on the ground floor and is accessible via an elevator. Shops and restaurants are right outside your door. To reach the port you only need to go through the ground level dyke passage.


The tastefully decorated non-smoking apartment has free Wi-Fi. The living area has a large, flatscreen flatscreen TV, a music system with Bluetooth and a TV chair with reclining position. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. The apartment has a dining table for 5 people and a cozy small seating area. In the two bedrooms flat TV's and LED backlights are installed. The stylish bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with pull-out compartments. Eine absolut tolle Wohnung. Zentral gelegen und Top ausgestattet. Eine wirklich hochwertige Einrichtung die zum wohlfühlen einläd. Mit dem Fahrstuhl ganz einfach zum Bäcker/Supermarkt oder der Tiefgarage. Direkt durch die Deichpasage zum Hafen. Eine sehr große Terrasse die bei Sonnenschein komplett durch eine Markiese geschützt wird. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und auch der Wohnungsverwaltung war sehr freundlich.Eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir überlegen die Wohnung nochmals zu buchen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Zugang zur Deichpassage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist innenliegend ohne Fenster und mit einer Schiebetür zum Wohnzimmer hin abgetrennt.

Gemütliche barrierefreie Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschmackvoll, modern und hochwertig, mit allem, was man braucht. Durch vor Anreise vom Vermieter erhaltene Informationen waren wir auch gut vorbereitet. Die große Terrasse mit der schönen Markise ist ein Highlight und dort war es trotz der zentralen Lage erstaunlich ruhig. Die Lösung, das innenliegende zweite Schlafzimmer mit einer Schiebetür zu verschließen, finde ich sehr gelungen. Und beschriftete Lichtschalter findet man anderswo auch nur selten… Die Lage ist absolut zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hafen und Strand Ich selbst gehe mit Rollator und habe es sehr genossen, dass Geschäfte und Restaurants so bequem mit Aufzug zu erreichen waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Nach einer langen, beschwerlichen Anreise war das check-in etwasnervig und holprig. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhielten wir den konkreten Hinweis zum Zugang unserer Wohnung, die von mir übermittelten Daten an den Verwalter waren unvollständig bzw. falsch dokumentiert. Die Wohnung war super, sehr sauber und alle Angaben aus dem Netz waren korrekt!!!

Die Kommunikation mit der Firma Brenner war etwas schwierig. Das weiß der eine nicht was der andere

Die Wohnung war Tip top in Ordnung. Die Lage in einem Einkauscenter war etwas gewohnungs bedürftig. Aber dann findet man die Vorteile sehr schnell raus. Frische Brötchen nur 1 Etage tiefer.

Der Urlaub in der sehr schönen Wohnung war toll

Hatte im Vorfeld vom Eigentümer der Wohnung sämtliche Infos bekommen, sehr nett und sehr aufführlich. Leider haben wir erst nach etlichen Anrufen den Verwalter erreicht und bis wir endlich in der Wohnung waren, war eine Stunde verstrichen. Fewo hatte als Ankunftszeit ab 16 Uhr geschrieben, wir waren 15.45 Uhr vor Ort, da war das Büro aber nicht mehr besetzt. Bitte in Zukunft dann b i s 16 Uhr schreiben...... Die Wohnung war super, komfortabel eingerichtet, mit Balkon und in den Schlafzimmern mit Fernseher. Auto hatte in der Tiefgarage einen Platz sowie auch draußen. Einkaufsmarkt eine Treppe bzw. Aufzug tiefer, toll

Zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Handtuchpakete waren sehr großzügig bestückt. Besonders schön für uns war die große Terrasse, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Auch für meinen Mann, der auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen ist, war alles ideal. Ich habe es genossen, morgens nur die Treppe runter gehen zu müssen, um frische Semmeln zu kaufen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. WLAN funktionierte in der 1. Woche nur sehr selten am Tag, aber damit konnten wir leben. Die Lage ist einfach ideal. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung mit nicht optimaler Internetversorgungg

Die Wohnung ist schön und zentral gelegen. Es sind sowohl Einkaufs- als auch Ausflugsmöglichleiten fußläufig erreichbar. In der Wohnung selber ist leider nur Geschirr für einen Tag mit drei Personen vorhanden, so dass täglich gespült werden muss. In der Beschreibung wird es nicht eindeutig darauf hingewiesen, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer offen zur Küche und dem Wohnraum ist. Die Trennung zu diesen erfolgt nur durch einen Schrank. Es hat auch kein Fenster, so dass Küchengerüche hier die ganze Zeit zu riechen sind. Die Aufteilung ist in den Bildern ersichtlich, aber eine derartige Konstellation darf nicht als Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern beworben werden, da es sich um kein separates Zimmer handelt. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht bzw. nur sehr eingeschränkt bis auf die Terrasse und setzt auch gerne mal zeitweise aus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer selbst ist einwandfrei. Bei der Kommunikation mit Verwalter vor Ort holpert es auch schon mal.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, hier in der Zusammenfassung unsere positiven und negativen Punkte sowie ein paar Hinweise: Positiv: - Sehr sauber und ruhig - moderne Einrichtung - super Lage in Strandnähe - Toller Balkon mit großer Markise - perfekt für morgens, mittags und abends - unzählige Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar - Betten bequem - Tiefgaragenplatz - direkt von da kommt man per Fahrstuhl auf die Etage der Wohnung Langeoog (man muss durch die Tür zur Deichpassage, Schild „Deichpassage/Supermarkt“ folgen) Negativ: - KEINE Klimaanlage trotz Beschreibung - Vorab Kommunikation war schlecht, keine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden, keiner von der Agentur hat sich verantwortlich gefühlt - Betten mussten selbst bezogen werden - Keine Seife vorhanden trotz Beschreibung - WLAN ist wie beschrieben ziemlich langsam und schlecht Hinweis: - WC-Papier, Spüllappen, Geschirrspültabs, etc. sind selbst mitzubringen - Waschmaschine + Trockner im Keller vorhanden, 2€ pro Trockengang (nur 0,50€ Münzen) 4€ pro Waschgang (entweder 4x1€ oder 8x0,50€) - Waschmittel ist selbst mitzubringen. Bei der Waschmaschine läuft ein Timer von 2:40h, in der Zeit können so viel Waschgänge wie möglich getätigt werden (z.B. 60Grad dauert 1:17h). - KEINE Klimaanlage - Nordsee-Servicecard inklusive in der Kurtaxe
