Welcome to this beautiful house in the mountains near the monastery of Lluc, with terrace and beautiful views, ideal for 6 guests.
The Tramuntana area is a paradise for hiking, cycling and enjoying a different kind of Mallorca, quiet and in the middle of nature. The monastery of Lluc is an emblematic place and at the same time a starting point for many hiking routes. In the surroundings you can visit picturesque villages such as Valldemossa, Sóller and Fornalutx and enjoy the mountain coves such as Sa Calobra and Cala Deià. Within half an hour's drive you reach Inca, a town with many services, supermarkets and bars. A car is necessary.
The house has a nice furnished terrace with panoramic views over the mountains and forests of the area; ideal to enjoy a quiet breakfast and to watch the stars at night. The living-dining room is very bright and invites you to watch satellite TV, read a good book or eat together. The 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, offer air conditioning hot/cold and wardrobe. The house has two full bathrooms with shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The house is equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board and a cot and high chair under if needed.
Please note:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 14 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.

Beautiful but remote.
The property was lovely - an upstairs apartment with empty rooms below. When we arrived we were disappointed to find no water left in the fridge as most properties do given the 25 min journey to a supermarket in Inca but would recommend going to Pollensa instead. The view was gorgeous. The showers were good but mine leaked. There is no hot tub as advertised. Not easy finding rubbish bins unless in Pollensa I was a tad annoyed at being charged 80 euros for house cleaning - we left the place tidy apart from two bin bags as we had no time to take the rubbish to recycling. The main bedroom was good but the twin room had a very squeaky and uncomfortable mattress. Air conditioning excellent throughout. A bit remote to say the least but we had a car and dealt with the windy roads well! Beautiful area but not as luxurious as hoped for!! The Monastery was superb!
