40 minutes till check-in time they want to still charge us $40. We had no time to change for the graduation at 5pm. We had to ware our clothes we had from our 8 hr flight to the event.

I was quite surprised at the look of the hotel compared to the pictures. It was very outdated. The hallway had a terrible smell on the 2nd flor. The room was clean though. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast area was really small and cramped. The receptionist (maybe manager) was extremely rude to us. I will not go back or recommend. It was pretty expensive for the experience :(

Rough Start but Good Stay Overall

We arrived and unfortunately the room we were assigned was not clean. Nonetheless, the manager made arrangements and gave us a suite. The only caveat was that the next day we were going to switch to another suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was incovenient to have to move rooms twice in our two night stay but I'm glad that at least the room we got was upgraded. The managers did their best given the circumstances. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great. It was too cold to use the pool but we were happy to have the option. It was a rough start but we had a good stay overall.
