"The rooms and facilities are beautiful and the staff very generous with their time and very friendly. The rooms are very nicely appointed and the views stunning. We had a private monkey and sloth tour, which was really cool. The downsides are that the lodge is isolated so you are a captive audience for an absurdly expensive menu for lunch and dinner. In addition, the lobby can be up to a 10 minute walk up and down a lot of steps from your bungalow, making it a small trek every time you want to get to the lobby. It's very expensive by Nica standards overall and, while beautiful, don't expect an "authentic" experience. "

"Always part of my assessment is value for the money paid. We had a choice and took the third floor. We had a million dollar view and the furniture on the outside deck on all the floors encourages you to sit outside. The room was comfortable. We had a bar fridge that kept the beer icy cold. Breakfast was a two minute walk to a waterfront restaurant. The food choices were plentiful and the food was quality. See you soon …"

"Not the hotels fault, but that road leading to the hotel sucks it’s really bad and i was in a pickup truck . Very bumpy and wild. Not fun at all . Hotel is 2 stars at best. However staff was great 5 stars to them , very attentive and courteous . They did the best they could to make us happy and that made a big difference . "
