With a plot area of 7000 square meters and a house area of 995 square meters, there is plenty of space for both relaxation and activities. This property is ideal for those who want to bring their four-legged friends, as up to 4 pets are allowed.



Inside, there are 15 spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 50 people. Each room is equipped with a comfortable double bed and in 10 of the rooms there is also a bunk bed, so there is room for everyone. The house has a total of 15 bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink and shower, making it easy for a large group to prepare for the day's adventure. In addition, there is underfloor heating throughout the house, including the bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable temperature all around.



For those who want to relax, the property offers both indoor and outdoor spa facilities. The outdoor spa can accommodate up to 6 people, while the indoor spa has space for 4. There is also a sauna, which allows for a refreshing experience. The indoor pool has a counter-current system and a water slide, which is a hit with the children. The house's activity room is filled with fun games, including pool/billiards, table football, table tennis and darts.



The property has its own gym, where ball games and physical activities are possible, also on the a rainy day.
