Les velux sont tous trĂšs vieux et difficilement manipulables et sales
propretĂ© correcte sauf les vitres trĂšs sales et le four trĂšs trĂšs gras ( grilles et four nâavaient pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©s depuis des lustres )
Sinon maison bien situĂ©e et agrĂ©able dans lâensemble

Agreeable house and lovely location
Very agreeable house. It has plenty of room and the garden at the back is adequate. Has everything you'll need (couldnât find a kettle or hair dryer though!). Just a short walk from middle of town and beach. The management agency is based in this town and were really good and nice to deal with. They kindly let us check in a little earlier. No major issues, but this house could be cleaned better and also needs a welcome manual with some basic instructions on things like bins, how to use appliances, etc (eg TV & microwave are complicated). For pet owners info, the garden is not enclosed. However, overall we were very happy and we would recommend the Erquy area and this house.
