evaluation
route passant, très bruyant (par contre voisins très calmes pendant notre semaine), équipement pas très pratique, manque couvert, évacuation douce bouchée, intérieur des volets à nettoyer, fenêtre avec volet fermé en travaux donc pas de vue sur Erquy sans réduction de prix. cet appartement devrait être remis en état car équipement vieillot

Très agréable village .Joli appartement avec une belle terrasse,vue sur le port.
Dommage un peu de bruit engendré par de nombreux véhicules.
