Welcome to this comfortable, light-filled house, nestled in the private Lanruen estate, a haven of greenery by the sea in Erquy. This peaceful setting is ideal for relaxing with family or friends, close to Brittany's natural beauty.
Just 200 metres from the beach, you can walk to the wild coves, fine sand dunes and famous GR34 footpaths that run along the coast. The Cap d'Erquy, flower-filled moors and spectacular sea views make this area a real paradise for hikers and lovers of natural landscapes.

This house offers you:
On the ground floor:
- A large, light-filled living room with sitting area (sofa, TV, WiFi) and dining table for 8 people;
- An open-plan kitchen with sink, oven, fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various other accessories (juicer, grater, chopping board, utensils);
- A utility room with wine cellar, washing machine and fridge;
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190cm), duvet and pillows;
- A shower room, adjoining the bedroom, with walk-in shower and washbasin;
- Separate WC;

1st floor:
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) with duvet and pillows;
- A second bedroom with two standard-size single beds (90x190cm) and duvets and pillows;
- A final bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm) with duvet and pillows;
- A bathroom with bath and washbasin;
- Separate W.C.

- The unoverlooked, south-west-facing exterior offers sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue.
- Parking available in front of the house (3 vehicles).
