The centre of Erquy, with its shops, lively market and all amenities, is just a few minutes away, allowing you to make the most of local life.

This house offers:
On the ground floor :
- A large, bright living room with sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV, hi-fi) and dining table for 7 guests;
- An enclosed kitchen with sink, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric mixer/blender, kettle, toaster and various other accessories (juicer, grater, chopping board, utensils);
- One bedroom with a standard double bed (160x200cm);
- Bathroom with bath;
- Separate toilet;

1st floor:
- A first bedroom with twin single beds (80x200cm) and a washbasin and mirror;
- A second bedroom with three standard-size single beds (90x190cm);
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC;

- A fully equipped double terrace with dining table for 8, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers;
- Fully enclosed garden;
- Garage available for storage only (bicycles, beach equipment etc...)
- Parking available in reserved spaces in the driveway.

- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).
- Wi-Fi access subject to 4G network coverage.

Independent arrival is possible after 6pm and on days when the branch is closed. Key boxes are located outside the branch.
