Misleading guesthouse

Overall it was not a pleasant stay. We were given the room with no water. After lodging in the complaint we were allocated with another room which had no warm or hot water. Imagine a cold shower in the morning. Guesthouse webpage says free breakfast under amenities but we were told it's not inclusive we must pay for it. This we found was not right as it was misleading.

Bad Very Bad

Terrible service, after booking on a free night with hotels.com the person booking me in forced me to pay before I could book in. This was late at night after a long journey. Unclean, Uncomfortable, and Very Bad service. Do yourself a favor and drive a little bit further to another place to sleep over.

My stay in Ermelo

We booked at the very last minute and the proprietor was very obliging. There was a very efficient heater in the room because the weather suddenly turned cold after the rain. The hotel was slightly out of town so it felt a bit isolated

We arrived around 8 pm under a heavy rain. No one standing at the reception, so the security guy tried to understand which room we booked, complicated discussion ... He moved us between 2 rooms as for result of making us completely wet. The wifi was barely working, the room was dirty and bathroom was terribly dirty ... On top of that the heaters were useless. Not a great stay at all. The breakfast is very desapointing, but the morning staff is nice. On est arrivé à 20h sous la pluie. Personne n'était à la réception pour nous accueillir, c'est le garde qui a essayé de comprendre quelle chambre nous avions réservé. Il nous a emmené à dans une première chambre puis dans une deuxième, ce qui a eu pour résultat que nous étions trempé. La chambre était froide, les radiateurs impuissants, sale, le wifi inexistant et la salle de bain vraiment sale. Le petit déjeuner était très décevant, malgré un staff accueillant. En bref, à éviter.
