Ferienwohnung Lanig, Erlangen

Wir waren anlässlich des Comic Salons in Erlangen und entschieden uns anstatt eines Hotels diese Ferienwohnung zu buchen. Diese Entscheidung war goldrichtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Der Check-in war äußerst unkompliziert. Die Lage unterhalb des Schlossgartens war für uns perfekt. Das Auto stellten wir auf dem Großparkplatz ab und haben es nicht vermisst. In der Innenstadt ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wenn nicht, gibt es den kostenlosen ÖPNV. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben leider nur 4 Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht, sie ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Die Lage ist optimal, die Innenstadt sowie das Uniklinikum sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt; auch Parks liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet - zu gerne hätte ich noch in den bereit liegenden Büchern geschmökert ;-) Und nicht zuletzt: die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Erlangen kommen werden wir diese Wohnung gerne wieder anmieten.

Top Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern (3 und 4 Jahre) eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet jeden Komfort und ist noch dazu sehr zentral gelegen. Der Bohlenplatz direkt vor der Tür mit einem großen Spielplatz, jede Menge Restaurants und Kneipen, sowie eine Bäckerei. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Alles in allem top und nur zu empfehlen! Danke :-)

Erstklassige Fewo im Herzen von Erlangen

Bevor wir unsere 3-Generationen-Reise (79, 49, 4 Jahre) nach Erlangen starteten, war bereits der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich, der erste Eindruck also schon mal vielversprechend. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch die Eltern des Vermieters, die auch im selben Haus wohnen. Ebenfalls unaufdringlich nette Gastgeber, welche uns die Räumlichkeiten zeigten und darum bemüht waren uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit ihren Infos zu gewährleisten. Oft sind es Kleinigkeiten, die dabei wichtig sind...hier zum Beispiel eine anwendbare Beschreibung für die Bedienung des Fernsehers, die vorgeheizte Wohnung und das mit Kinderbettwäsche bestückte Kinderbett. Klasse! Die Wohnung selbst - ein Traum! Das gesamte Inventar ist neu, alle Räume hochwertig saniert und eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Die gut bestückte Küche haben wir selbst nicht genutzt, da wir uns lieber von den in der nahen Umgebung vorhandenen Restaurants verwöhnen lassen wollten. Aber wer selbst Hand anlegen möchte, sollte küchentechnisch nichts vermissen....und ein guter Bäcker befindet sich auch gleich auf der Straße. Diese schöne Wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen, für uns gab es keine Kritikpunkte und wenn die Reise wieder einmal nach Erlangen geht, dann bestimmt hierher. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter für die schöne Zeit, mit besten Grüßen aus Dresden!
