Our comfortable and with great attention to detail equipped non-smoking apartments are located on the ground floor of a newly built house in the quiet courtyard. Both apartments each offer approximately 50 m² of living space a bright and spacious living and dining area with a modern fitted kitchen and a bedroom and a modern bathroom. Furthermore, they have a patio in the quiet courtyard and some have a parking space. The immediate proximity to the river Gera and the old town of Erfurt as well as the easy accessibility characterize the preferred residential area.

Nice city apartment

The apartment itself was very nice with all new appliances and shower features. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We were able to walk to the Altstadt from there, which was helpful since parking is difficult to find. But the outside picture is a bit misleading - it is on the edge of a parking area, there is no yard or green space. Having a parking space was very helpful and important, since it was very difficult to find parking in the area. For foreigners like us, it would have been nice to have us simply ring the door bell of the housemeister, rather than call, since our phones did not function.

Die Einrichtung ist neu und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub für die Selbstversorgung braucht - sogar eine Spülmaschine mit passenden Tabs! Alle Geräte funktionierten perfekt. Der Wirt ist freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt: nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Parkplätze sind zwar knapp, aber wir haben in den 12 Tagen vor Ort fast immer einen in der gleichen Straße sehr nah zum Hauseingang gefunden. Alles in Allem: Ein erholsamer Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung! Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag haben wir: Bitte etwas mehr Besteck und ein kleines Küchenmesser dazugeben.

So geht das nicht!

Wir hatten uns für diese Wohnung entschieden, nicht zuletzt wegen der angebotenen Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof. Umso ärgerlicher waren wir, als uns bei der Ankunft eröffnet wurde, dass alle Parkplätze mittlerweile fest vermietet wären und nicht mehr genutzt werden dürften. Selbst zum Ausladen des Gepäcks durften wir den komplett freien Innenhof erst nach lautstarkem Protest befahren und blieben auch bis zur Ausfahrt unter Beobachtung. Schade, die Wohnung selbst hätte eine bessere Bewertung verdient. Übrigens war in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts lediglich einer der vorhandenen Parkplätze zeitweise belegt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben die Tage in dieser süßen, liebevoll eingerichteten und gut gelegenen Wohnung genossen. Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und wenn man erst mal den richtigen Weg gefunden hat auch sehr nah der Altstadt. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort absteigen.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, der Kontakt beim Check-In flexibel, problemlos und freundlich. Wir hatten in der Wohnung alles was wir brauchten. 2 Punkte Abzug, da bei Ankunft die Couch voller Krümel war und dadurch keinen sauberen Eindruck erweckte. Der Rest war im Gegenzug dazu ok. Weiterhin ist die Parksituation im Innenhof sehr unbefriedigend. Es gibt 4 Parkplätze, obwohl nur für 3 Autos Platz ist. Aufgrund dessen parkten wir woanders, obwohl wir extra eine Unterkunft mit Parkplatz wählten.

Schöne zentral gelegene kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt optimal für Erkundungen in der Stadt Erfurt. Ausstattung praktisch und optisch gut, sehr ruhig im Innenhof eines Wohnhauses und super der Parkplatz im Hof. Naheliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Eine Gastfreundliche, schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt per Fuß. Einkaufs-und Verkehrsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ansich reicht für 2 Personen gut aus. Ach das Parken im Innenhof ist sehr positiv. 1,2 Sachen sind verbesserungsfähig, aber im großen und ganzen ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen. Danke für ihre Gastfreundlichkeit😀

Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der schönen Stadt Erfurt, die Wohnung liegt wirklich nur ca. 8-10 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, wir sind immer gelaufen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wundschön, modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne mal wieder. Weiteres großes Plus ist der Stellplatz für den Pkw, der mit zur Buchung gehört.

ÖPNV seht gut erreichbar - Erwartungen erfüllt

Die Ferienbwohnung war mit dem ÖPNV hervorragend zu erreichen und ansonsten entsprach diese vollkommen unserer Erwartungen. Zentrale Lage um die Stadt Erfurt zu erkunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Es war zu jederzeit möglich, mit der Buslinie 9 und der Straßenbabhn ohne Probleme in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Als kleines Manko muss erwähnt werden, dass es im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit gab, Handtücher aufzuhängen und leider Putzutensilien (z.B. Besen, Handfeger, Putzlappen) fehlten, damit wir regelmäßig auch etwas für die Sauberkeit tun konnten.
