The description of this hotel on Orbitz needs to be updated. Let’s be honest here. This is not a resort. The pool and surrounding areas is filthy. There was signage all over the hotel indicating it was a “resort” abd I kept asking myself “how is this possible”? The hotel is no where close to the beach so the photos on Orbitz were misleading. The views from the hotel were disappointing from room 505 showed old buildings that were not completed. I ordered a room for 4 adults but we were given a room with a queen size bed. Myself and a friend had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. We were given the option to change rooms but the new room had no accessibility whatsoever. The breakfast was laughable. You were given an omelette which was nice but you had no options for breakfast. They gave you a few olives, pieces of cheese and tomatoes and that was it. I chose not to eat. I won’t return

We apologize for having such an experience. When you expressed your dissatisfaction while here, we offered to change rooms a few times, but you did not want to change rooms. Based on this, we were surprised that we received complaints in favor of breakfast, since our breakfast is sufficiently satisfying, our other guests, you can be sure that next time you will be given special attention.business manager Ferdi DENİZ
