There is a wonderful firepit area to spend lots of family time at night. Our property is great for kids to play , as we have children of our own that love spending countless hours outside. There is an outdoor shower if you want to rinse off quickly before eating. Large updated private dock with floating dock as well with plenty of room to tie up boats. Enjoy dining inside, on the screen porch or on the dock as well if you want to get closer to the water and get some star gazing in! Feel like dining out or picking up food? No problem! You’re less than one minute by boat (or .9 mile by car/walk) to the Landing Restaurant(seasonal hours) and around 10 minutes by boat to Spring House, Catherine’s Market, and Kowaliga Resaturant( depending on the season ).
