The Space:

This stylish first-floor studio offers a comfortable and efficient living space. It features a double bed with bedside tables, a breakfast bar with stools, and a kitchenette equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. With full crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, preparing meals is easy and convenient.



The en-suite bathroom includes a rain-effect shower, Grohe fittings, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror, and shaver point.



For added convenience and security, the studio has a smart lock with code access, doorbell, and internal camera view. Guests also enjoy a smart TV, full-length mirror, high-speed USB and USB-C charging sockets, heating controls, and practical storage.

Stoneleigh station is a 9-minute walk and has direct trains to London Waterloo via Wimbledon/Clapham, taking 30 mins. Guildford via Epsom, 40 mins & Dorking 22 mins.





Route 406 — to Kingston from Bradford Drive bus stop, and to Epsom High Street from Stoneleigh Park Road bus stop.



Buses typically run every 20–30 minutes from ~05:45 to ~00:15.

This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
