The Space:

This stylish first-floor studio offers a comfortable and efficient living space. It features a double bed with bedside tables, a breakfast bar with stools, and a kitchenette equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. With full crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, preparing meals is easy and convenient.



The en-suite bathroom includes a rain-effect shower, Grohe fittings, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror, and shaver point.



For added convenience and security, the studio has a smart lock with code access, doorbell, and internal camera view. Guests also enjoy a smart TV, full-length mirror, high-speed USB and USB-C charging sockets, heating controls, and practical storage.



Ideal for solo travellers or couples, this studio provides a modern, secure, and thoughtfully equipped stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole flat themselves.



The main door is shared between 5 other flats.



There is a shared garden at the rear of the property.



There is a downstairs kitchen/utility room that has shared facilities and contains two full ovens, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar. This room is accessed via a code and is available upon request, for stays of a week or longer.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet, friendly residential area in Epsom, close to shops, cafés and excellent transport links. Guests enjoy easy access to green spaces like Horton Country Park and Epsom Common, plus a wide choice of local restaurants. It offers a peaceful stay with quick connections to Epsom town centre, Kingston and London, making it ideal for relaxing breaks or exploring Surrey and the capital.

Getting Around:

Stoneleigh station is a 9-minute walk and has direct trains to London Waterloo via Wimbledon/Clapham, taking 30 mins. Guildford via Epsom, 40 mins & Dorking 22 mins.





Route 406 — to Kingston from Bradford Drive bus stop, and to Epsom High Street from Stoneleigh Park Road bus stop.



Buses typically run every 20–30 minutes from ~05:45 to ~00:15.

We're excited to let you know that we're carrying out a few thoughtful improvements to make your future stays even more enjoyable. As part of these enhancements, our garden is being beautifully renovated.



Please note that building and landscaping work will take place between 13 July and 31 July. While we will do everything possible to keep disruption to an absolute minimum, there may occasionally be some daytime noise or activity.

-AIRPORT PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS AVAILABLE from HEATHROW, GATWICK, STANSTEAD, LUTON, LONDON CITY AIRPORT. (Charged separately. Please ask for a quote before booking a pick up or drop off)



-Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the back garden and front driveway. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.



-No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden.



-Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.



-This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.



-Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
