Logement crasseux et usagé

Accueil correct, par propriétaire logeant étage au dessus. Passé 1 seule nuit car arrivé tard sur les 4 prévues. Plusieurs endroits avec moisissures importantes (douche, VMC, plinthes.) . Peu de lumière, (4 ampoules de spot grillées). Casseroles cuisine pas utilisables. Nombreux endroits du logement dégradés+ seuil de porte DANGEREUX. (Rail h=4cm).
