On a passé 3 nuits. On c'est déplacé que à pied. On a visité le musée de l'image. Il y a juste de points durs. 1_Manque un parking gratuit au pied de l'appartement. 2_ Je me suis coincé les doigts dans un volet, manque des volets modernes et facile à fermer.

Appartement loué pendant 2 semaines en octobre à l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel à Epinal. J'ai apprécié la cuisine bien équipée, le bureau pour pouvoir travailler mes dossiers le soir, le lit confortable, et l'emplacement dans un joli quartier, bien calme, proche du centre, avec une vue sur la Moselle.

On n'a pas été accueillis par le propriétaire et la personne qui nous accueillis croyait que l'on savaient tous de l'appartement...mais non. Nous n'avons meme pas pu utiliser la plaque électrique nous ne savions pas comme cela fonctionnait. Des cheveux,poils dans la douche, tache de sang sur les draps et miette sur la table. Peu de chose à faire le week-end car le dimanche beaucoup trop de chose fermé meme un leclerc est fermé à quelques minutes. Peu de chose à visiter sinon il faut utiliser la voiture. Ancien immeuble mal isolé donc bruit de l'eau des toilettes des autres et descente des escaliers des voisins. Propose serviettes, draps, lit bébé, toute la vaiselle et appareils de cuisine

Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a donné de bons conseils sur la ville et la région. Appartement très agréable, bien aménagé, près du centre historique de Épinal, ville riche en histoire. La terrasse sur le canal est un plus.

Cet appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très bien placé pour se balader au centre ville sans utiliser la voiture. On peut y séjourner à 4 sans problème. Envie d'y retourner à la bonne saison pour tester la terrasse coté rivière.

5 jours passé dans l'appartement en mai 2016, bon acceuil, appartement confortable et fonctionnel. La vue du balcon sur la rivière est très appréciable et le coin est calme et proche de tout...le propriétaire est assez conscilient, n'hésitez pas à lui demander en cas de besoin particulier.
